We have a simple but important purpose: to bring glory to God through the clear and constant teaching of the Bible. We believe that the Bible is true, and that Christians should practice what it says. A Christian is someone who is completely changed: spiritually, intellectually and socially. Christians therefore serve God and others with our whole being. “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind, and your neighbour as yourself.” (Luke 10:27) Our purpose is furthered through church meetings, Triple S, Triple T, Bible Class and Golden Bells.

There are several aspects to Triple S - firstly, the regular weekly Bible teaching program on Sundays at 9:00am, and secondly a schedule of special events, which includes regular “Mystery Trips”, an old-fashioned Sunday School Picnic, class excursions and Sunday evening outings. Without exception, the 50+ kids love attending and have a fantastic time.

Since 1966 we have put together a vibrant kids magazine to help youth groups, sunday schools, RE teachers, school chaplains and so forth to present Bible teaching in a readable and easy to understand format. All the magazines are now available online.
The Golden Bells blog will also feature tips and resources for people who teach the Bible to children. We do a lot of this sort of thing ourselves, so it made sense to upload it all for others to take advantage of.

Many of us are Triple S graduates who are keen to continue learning or are growing in our own Christian faith. Triple T It is held every Sunday night at 6:00pm. We attend the one hour gospel service in the main hall before moving to our clubhouse next door, where we talk to our leaders, cook nachos, make stuff, have air hockey tournaments, do scavenger hunts around the local suburb and all kinds of things. Sometimes we go out for dinner to Southbank or have a group reflection on the service. The schedule is different every week! Normally we also bus off on a mystery trip at least once a term.

The name is derived from the Bible study we run each Sunday at 9:00am. The recordings from that study are posted here. It is convened by Dr Paul Iles, a medical doctor and lifelong Bible student.
Please make use of the website as a Bible study tool, or, if you live in Brisbane, we welcome you to join us on Sunday morning - the group is large and we often welcome newcomers.
